Hello. This has probably been asked about before, but I want to add the Acars map to an page that is outside of the phpVMS folders. FSVintageAIR.com I don't understand why the Acars map wont work on my external page The front page news, front page reports and newest pilots work. Here's the line I used for the Acars map Thank for the help.

So, has anyone had the same issues with the navdat.sql file?! It does NOT show accurately where certain VOR's are, nor correct listings of fixes etc. For instance, MANY vor's don't list a correct latitude. It just will put a '0' in there. This is very prevalent in many U.S. vor's. So when someone flies a route, on the map, it shows the vor along the equator. Also, many FIX'es get listed as vors and vice versa, on the map. So what I am getting at, is.....did I do something wrong with the install, or is the navdata file just really bad?!

Hi there! I'm creating a PHP script to export pilots from a custom built VA Admin System I did a few years ago. I opened RegistrationDataClass.php and found out that the AddUser method receives the following array as parameter: $data = array( 'firstname' => '', 'lastname' => '', 'email' => '', 'password' => '', 'code' => '', 'location' => '', 'hub' => '', 'confirm' => false); I can fill most of those fields with legacy data, but not sure how to create a pre-defined password and salt (?) and have pilots change their passwords once the logon for the first time into the system. I've designed a Pilot ID Card style avatar that is dynamically updated, how can i put this in place of the pilot normal avatar? I've tried editing the template for the profile by putting a standard php include to the custom script but it says it does not exist yet I know it does? I have this in my local config # After how long to mark a pilot inactive, in days Config::Set('PILOT_AUTO_RETIRE', true); Config::Set('PILOT_INACTIVE_TIME', 30); But when i check the pilots list out it doesn't add up! One pilot who last flew in 2009 is active and another who flew 7days ago is inactive, so something needs resetting? Cheers, Dave.

Admin sections of phpVMS installs have been experiencing very slow page response times in some cases due to the non-response of the phpVMS API server due to 502 errors, just as the forum is at times. The admin section of the sites checks the version against the API server and when there is no response will wait till the connection times out. To stop the automatic check open your local.config.php file and change the version checks to false. If the two lines below do not exist in your local.config.php file then copy and paste them in there. When adding airports, phpvms stalls. Is this due to the attack on the server? Also attachments have disappeared from posts on the forums, is this also due to the attack? Should I ask the devs to reupload their files or will the backup take care of it?

I have an issue that I dont know why it is happening. No pireps have been recorded today yet pilots have flown and have filed the pireps as I have gotten the emails stating they have. But they are not submitted, but it shows on the front page as they have flown, but the pirep ID is some really big number but the ID in the pirep table is not that big. Anyone know what could cause an issue like that? Or has anyone encountered this problem and fixed it, if so how did you fix it. I had to move to a new db, recently, and had to reimport the schedules db. Could that have caused a problem with the bids?

Is there a way to have the pilot badges display a title other than their pilot rank? In other words, if one is a hub manager, COO or something similar. As it is now, I have to pad the ours to get that on the badge. I don't know what others thingk, but that might be a good feature for a future release.

Hello All, I am having an issue with a new skin I have made for my airline. On my demo site, outside my current domain different hosting account. My new skins loads normal.When I load it on my current site the site loads slow. Any ideas what may be causing this? phpVMS 5.5.2

Is there anywhere I can check the status of vaCentral? My VA has over 6,000 PIREPs waiting to be sent and I wanted to check if vaCentral was up and it's an actual error on my end or if vaCentral isn't up and running right now.

Just an odd thing here......In the SQL database and the admin section of PHPVMS all looks fine, however.... This was a flight from Halifax(CYHZ) to Sydney(CYQY). Can't figure out why it did that. I am using FSFK for live acars, btw.

after many hours of searching and trying things I cant seem to fix this. I have created a template from a free html template, the template itself works like a charm. Only, when i go to the schedules i allready see there is an error because the flight search is listed instead of shown correctly. I am using the phpvms 5.5 My layout.php has many jquery in it. When i remove them the template does not work anymore. Those jquery's are in the top and in the end footer section. all related to the JS folder within the skin itself. Hi all, I met a little trouble. Indeed, I have the list of pilots (pilots & group --> view all pilots) that appears in my dashboard. But when I click on "edit", I have an empty page I reloaded the files to see if I had a problem but nothing to do have you ever encountered this type of problem?
