well I get this error after submit a new register. even dough with this error the pilot is registered !! I am on paid sever and using .TPL . ocean blue v2 skin , I now is a .PHP but I managed to change to .TPL

In the acarsmap.php file a text appears as we can use a series of variables to put in the HTML, ok. But I would like from acarsmap.php to call a function that I have in php but passing one of those variables to it, I don't see the way to do it. Can anybody help me? I thought that maybe I could do it if I manage to convert <%=flight.pilotid%> it to a php $ variable, then I pass that variable in the function and that's it, but I don't know how to convert it. Variable: <%=flight.pilotid%> I'm usign 5.5.2.72 simpilot/php7.2

Another day, another error 😀 Wondering if anyone could assist. Ok so I want to install PHPvms on my hosting server at webfaction.com I have to select the use of a custom app listening on a port. The problem is once the site is uploaded to the FTP and linked to my domain I'm not getting anything. I'm assuming its because phpvms is not linking to that port specified for me. Heres what the site tells me when I'm creating the custom app (basically an app that the hosting service dosn't provide) This installer assigns an unprivileged port on which custom software can listen. Has anyone else had pilot awards start showing up for all pilots (even when they are not assigned an award) again after the last beta (rev 713) ? It started working correctly for me a few builds ago but now with this latest it has started acting up again...... ???

Not sure if anyone has addressed this, doesn't seem like most VA care about their financials. At any rate the over all financials for my VA are way off....They state that my VA made 3billion last year. I no longer see an option to reset financials in the admin panel.

My server has been updated with version 5.5 My phpvms website os,, fully blank!! Is anyone knows hot to fix it? I can set back version 5.2 and get my VA working but I also have other applications requesting 5.5 on another domain, Thank you

Hi again I did a flight this afternoon on SmartCARs, and finished, clicked 'File PIREP' and SmartCARS confirmed PIREP filing. I checked on the website. It hadn't. So I attempted to file a Manual PIREP, returning this error: There was an error adding your PIREP : Schedule does not exist. Please update this manually. The entire form was filled out completely correctly, and I have retried multiple times. I found a similar situation somewhere else, and that lead me to discover my local.config.php seems to be truncated. OK, you can stop laughing now! I've searched these forums on bids, bids process, bids not working, and read the documentation section. That gives me 117 or so possibilities but no answers. In real life a pilot bids a flight he wants to fly. If accepted he then fly's it and gets paid. Or at least that is my understanding of it. In phpVMS you can either enable that bided route to be available to only the bidder, or to all. I have some questions. 1. Specifically, what is the benefit of using bids? 2. How does it tie into the schedule system to enhance it? 3. How have you implemented it? Thanks! Rodney

Hi Nabeel I'm getting a problem on 2.1.934 where when I send a mass email, it lists the contacts it has sent to, but no email is received. The contact form works fine. I've put a suspension on the outbound mail queue on the server and it catches the contact form mail, but nothing is caught for the mass email. I can't work out if this is a server setup problem or not. I am assuming not as the contact works. If it is I'll go back in and see if I can find the issue. Cheers Will

Hey, I added over 12,000 routes last night for phpvms, and then went to the pilot center to fly and found that none of the routes were showing at all. How can i fix this? I dont want to delete all my hard work . Thanks!

Hey, I'm new to this forum so please excuse me if this is in the wrong place. I am getting my VA I started earlier this month ready for people to sign up. I'm trying to use CCFTracker. I've installed the Module to my core/modules as per the installation. I then installed the pilot client and I entered all the appropriate details. I've seen previous threads about this issue and I can confirm that: There are no silly errors with like spelling or putting the module in the wrong folder directory. I am running CCFTracker in administrator. I have checked and double checked my pilot ID and password against what I've got on the airline's website. …

Hey all, I understand any questions should go here, so I have a question that bothers me... is anyway an admin can edit (add/remove) the funds that the virtual airline has that is more to simulate more complex financial transactions, for example: - say the aniline will get a loan of $100 mil. for purchasing new or used planes - can we (manually, or in another way) add this amount of funds to reflect this kind of loan? - say 2-3 months down the road, the airline will pay back the loan and the interest, say $125 mil. - is anyway we can deduct this amount to reflect this kind of transaction? now, I know on the payback side, we could include it in the airline expenses …

Hi, I'm setting up phpVMS for a friend of mine on a Windows Server package we just bought (shared between a couple of FS sites) It is running PHP5 and MySQL v5..the install went flawlessly, but only the home page works. Every time I try to login or visit any page (i.e. index.php/<any page here>), I get this: CGI Error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. I suspect its a Windows Server issue, but I thought I'd ask...is there any way this can be fixed??

Hi all, although the setup is made as shown in videos, fro fspax,xacars and fsacars, flights cannot be exported using any of the clients. We prefer to use fspax, so we give our efforts there, and the error message is: phpVMS/FSPAX ACARS Teca Virtual Airline/Nikos Trikas selected 3 total flight, 1 flights marked as not exported. Ready to export... -Exporting of 1 Flights started: -Error, unable to export flight number 3 ->Error - The departure or arrival airports are blank 1 flights could not be exported. Hello, I know I have found it in here before but I've spent about an hour searching various things to see if I could find the thread again with no luck. How do I set my settings to accept multiple flights with the same number? Basically when I upload the .csv for schedules and have 2-4 flights with the same number, how do I ensure they all get added instead of the second one overwriting the first and leaving only one in the system. For example: Flight #45 flies BOS-JFK and then returns JFK-BOS as #45 as well. After uploading the .csv file and by searching #45, I can only get JFK-BOS as that has updated over the BOS-JFK route. Everytime a pilot of mine files a pirep and i accept it, it is doubled in the roster, one guy flew once, had 6.3 on the roster then flew again and got 10.5, it came out as 27.3 is there anything i can do to fix this? If so which file do I have to edit to fix it? Cheers Dan C

Hello , As all of us must be knowing , the default briefing doesn't retrieve charts out of USA ARTCCs. I have found a website called "AirCharts.org" with an open free API that lists all charts according to ICAO worldwide. Unfortunately , I don't have much PHP knowledge.
