every time when i try to go to the link for Awards & Ranks even when I do have the rank setup it is always saying An Error Was Encountered The module "RANK" doesn't exist! An Error Was Encountered The module "AWARDS" doesn't exist! How do i fix that?

Not sure if anyone has addressed this, doesn't seem like most VA care about their financials. At any rate the over all financials for my VA are way off....They state that my VA made 3billion last year. I no longer see an option to reset financials in the admin panel.

Hey, I added over 12,000 routes last night for phpvms, and then went to the pilot center to fly and found that none of the routes were showing at all. How can i fix this? I dont want to delete all my hard work . Thanks!

Hey everyone, On our domain (afva.servegame.org) we have two different VMSs, one is our main one (afva.servegame.org/index.php and the other our new pacific counterpart (afva.servegame.org/pacific/index.php . If one pilot is logged in on one site and goes on the other they are logged in on that site they just went on as a different person! More simple way: Logged in: afva.servegame.org as AF0001 as 'Example Guy' Goes on : afva.servegame.org/pacific as PF0001 (auto login because already logged on the other site) as 'Example Girl Smith' This will cause massive problems on our vms, can anyone help us??? I am using XAcars to track my flight but there is nothing on the live acars map. I have checked the database phpvms is using and have found that there is nothing in phpvms_acarsdata. As well I am using the configuration file generated by phpvms in the pilot area. Any ideas what is wrong? EDIT: Ok I watched the video in documentation section and now realize that when I hit start Acars nothing changes in the acars message box but the client claims to be tracking the flight already when I click on start acars again. I am very confused :x UPDATE: Ok managed to get XAcars working (don't know how but its working now lol) but still nothing on the live acars map on my website.

I have everything all set now. When I load ACARS, I can never see myself on the map. Other people have no problem. There are a few that cant be seen on the map. Any idea what the problem is. I am on Vista 32 bit.

I have this parse error on my website: syntax error, unexpected '@', expecting function (T_FUNCTION) in/home/airtran/airtranvirtual.net/public_html/core/common/PilotData.class.php I have tried to fix it, and I am really confused with the directions that was sent to me on my VA topic. after many hours of searching and trying things I cant seem to fix this. I have created a template from a free html template, the template itself works like a charm. Only, when i go to the schedules i allready see there is an error because the flight search is listed instead of shown correctly. I am using the phpvms 5.5 My layout.php has many jquery in it. When i remove them the template does not work anymore. Those jquery's are in the top and in the end footer section. all related to the JS folder within the skin itself. Hello All, I am having an issue with a new skin I have made for my airline. On my demo site, outside my current domain different hosting account. My new skins loads normal.When I load it on my current site the site loads slow. Any ideas what may be causing this? phpVMS 5.5.2

OK, you can stop laughing now! I've searched these forums on bids, bids process, bids not working, and read the documentation section. That gives me 117 or so possibilities but no answers. In real life a pilot bids a flight he wants to fly. If accepted he then fly's it and gets paid. Or at least that is my understanding of it. In phpVMS you can either enable that bided route to be available to only the bidder, or to all. I have some questions. 1. Specifically, what is the benefit of using bids? 2. How does it tie into the schedule system to enhance it? 3. How have you implemented it? Thanks! Rodney

Hi all, My apologies if this is hidden somewhere here, but I was wondering if somewhere it would be possible to edit the code and restrict usage on aircraft depending on your pilot rank. Without this, I don't see much point to even having pilot ranks available aside from the pretty badge you get to wear. For example, I've got two ranks; First Officer and Second Officer. I would only like the FO's to be able to operate the 737's in our fleet, while I would like the SO's to be able to operate the 737's and 747's. Any way this would be possible or am I missing something? Cheers, Austin.

I'm working on the awards, I got them to show. The problem is they run on the same line. SO much that you have to scroll over to see them all. Is there a way to only show 4 per line? Another problem. How do I show the images on the public profiles? All I see is the text. Eddie

Hi all, Sorry if it is here already, i did search for it, but found nothing. I had PHPVMS installed before and loved it. However my hosting crashed and I lost everything. So after a while i tried reinstalling it. After upoading and filling in the two pages (one for MySQL and a second for login and airline name) it then brings me to a final page, the url is something like http://blabla.com/intall/install.php?complete (Or something like that) the page displayed no info though, i remember in the past that it showed something. I have uploaded files on to windows server and it comes up with: PHP Version (5 required) OK! Hey all, I understand any questions should go here, so I have a question that bothers me... is anyway an admin can edit (add/remove) the funds that the virtual airline has that is more to simulate more complex financial transactions, for example: - say the aniline will get a loan of $100 mil. for purchasing new or used planes - can we (manually, or in another way) add this amount of funds to reflect this kind of loan? - say 2-3 months down the road, the airline will pay back the loan and the interest, say $125 mil. - is anyway we can deduct this amount to reflect this kind of transaction? now, I know on the payback side, we could include it in the airline expenses …
