Apparently starting around July 2016 you have to get a code to use Google Maps on your NEW phpVMS installation. I did that, but I have to refresh the page many times before the map shows up. I DO NOT have to do this on my old site that did not require the new code at this time. On that site the map shows up immediately when I click the menu link for the acars map. Any ideas?

Hi all, I cannot find any information on how I upgrade my version of phpVMS. I have downloaded the latest version of it, but what do I exactly do with it? Do I just wipe my current install and install the new one for scratch? Do I just upload the "upgrade" files? A lot of work has gone into the current site (v2.9) and I was wondering what's the easiest way of upgrading. Regards, Pete Bonus question: Is it actually worth upgrading ie. are there modules I'm missing out on, or are there any major ones that will no longer work if I upgrade?

We have an issue we can not solve and need assistance please. We have a flight which is displaying on our Live Flight Board from a pilot that was removed/deleted. This is messing up how the Live Flight Map/Live acars Map is displaying. I have deleted the flight from phpvms_acarsdata which fixes the issue for a few minutes, then the flight just reappears after a few minutes which then messes up the maps again. Could anyone please assist us in resolving this issue. We are using: phpVMS Version simpilot 5.5.2 Custom Kacars

Hi, I am trying to file a pirep at my VA, but I keep getting the following error: Deprecated: Non-static method CodonEvent::hasStop() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /core/modules/PIREPS/PIREPS.php on line 478 How do I fix that problem as I am unable to file thus others will be unable, it I think is causing a problem for smartcars too, as it wont file the pirep.

Hello; I currently have a virtual airline called "Pan American Virtual" on the web located at http://www.panamericanva.com. Currently we use VAFS as our management and acars system and wanted to add PHPVMS to our site. On the hosting server, inside the ftp account I use, the public_htm folder, has all the files for our website. I followed the instructions to install PHPVMS. Got all the initial install done. On the last setup screen, you get a link to go to front page and another to login into the admin panel. When I click on "front page", it goes to my sites home page. So I am running phpVms 5.5.2 and the CrewCenter skin by Mark Swan 1.1, and when I go into schedules and search a flight, after I press "Add to bid" I get a message that says "No route passed", what do I do?

Hi guys, I was trying to add Fltbook V2 to my Phpvms 5.5.2.72 and import fltbook.sql file to database. However, I realized that after I install it, I cannot add aircraft via admin panel anymore. To be more specific, it is caused by /core/comman/PIREPData.class.php. Looks like this mod changed this file and add one line: FltbookData::updateAircraftLocation($pirep_details->aircraftid, $pirep_details->arricao); If I removed it, everything is OK then. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks a lot.

Hello Gents ,, am now testing the lovely phpVMS on my localhost ... it seem to be fine until i reach the last step where i put my Airline info. , i insert the Airliner name and ICAO code ... it ends up with the error " Table 'phpvms.phpvms_airlines' doesn't exist '' ... any ideas why this happen ??! I'm struggeling abit now and any help would be great, I can get it to work as an htm file but as soon as I try and build it into the core_nav.tpl it all goes belly up.

I am trying to get the groups the pilots are in to show on the roster, so you know which pilot is in which group, I am having some trouble with it and am getting an error. I have been ok using your system for installation easyier than I thought I would, but I am now having trouble making the files writable. It says in the phpVMS Installer that core/local.config.php is writable! but 5 are not. I am using a free hosting provider called http://www.freehost10.com/, and they are easy to use but I am not sure how to go about making them writable. Thanks.
