In order to fully forfill the new law on cookies for websites i'm making a Cookie Info Page for my site. Can someone tell me the following for ALL cookies phpVMS creates. Name Description or Purpose Expiry Duration Thanks I did notices some with a VMS prefix but i've had to clear my cookies and I can't seem to get all of the ones i had on there back. If there is already a list please link me, the only forums i've found are related to what the cookie law is and how to "get arround it", nothing specifically on what cookies vms creates.

Hey guys i remember once there was a fuel calculator knocking about here based on aircraft type and route miles that displayed on the briefing page,I had this in a previous VA i started but cant seem to find it, if someone can point me in the right direction. Cheers.

Hello everyone, I have started using FSFK as a joint client for my airline and the problem I have is that the log part of the flight needs to be inserted in separate fields in DB so that I can pull the data and show it in a table but I don't know which file to edit as there is no .php associated with FSFK in ACARS module and nor there is for KACARS if I'm not mistaking. I appreciate any help in this regard. Thanks

Hey Guys I have a weird question/issue. I am building a new VA website. I have installed the phpvms5.5x and I am using php 5.3. What is happening is that when i went to add a manual pirep to the system to test a function i was working on, at first I got the standard error that basically means you need to fix the php.ini to 128mb. I did that and that solved one issue. Now the issue, is that when I try to run a manual pirep, the system cpu load goes to 88%. The same happens when I try to edit a pirep. I am moving to a larger server to help with the issue, but I want to make sure that down the road I do not have any more issues. Does anyone know what script is causing…

We are trying to set it up, so that all we have to do is put the website url in our comments section of the online flightplan, and it would record our flights as pireps. The person working on this, asked this below. I am a newbie to this so I don't know the answer, LOL "I think I got the API mostly worked out, but I need to know if the internal search functions of the VA System you have will pull out an IVAO ID number and if not, what table it’s in and the name of the column." Got this message: "Schedule does not exist. Please update this manually". What hapenned is this. I always run 2 log programs; Kacars AND FSFK. Well, I forgot to start Kacars, so, oh well, it didn't matter because I use FSFK as a backup anyways. Well, when I went to send in my log, FSFK said "The flight has been successfully sent to the Web service", but when the webpage opened up, as it does in fsfk, I got the above error. Now, I haven't used any other log for awhile, so just wondering if anything changed lately would affect this? Hi, where can I find the location of the stored mail-addresses of all the pilots, inclusive my mail-address? I mean not on the website/admincenter, but on the PHPVMS-system/files that is accessible with FileZilla. I as ceo&admin of my va have no longer the possibility to log in and/or request a new password to login. The system will no longer send a new password to my mail-address because the same mail-address is in use by another (test)-members. Hi all! I'm having a problem sending manual PIREPS from the website with phpvms. The pireps sended with Xacars, kACARS and FsPax are OK. The problem is that sometimes, ACARS programs crashes and the only way to file a pirep to count that hours is filling it manually from the pilot's menu in phpvms. But when I write all there and send the pirep, it gives me this error message: The flight code and number you entered is not a valid route! Ovbiously the pirep doesn't appear in the administration menu to accept it, so I don't know what I have to do to make that manual pireps can be sended. Thanks so much for the help!

Hi there, 1- I want modify pireps_list.tpl to show pilot rank & aircraft rank. Its because that i want verify if the pilot used the right aircraft to their pilot rank. I was wondering if there was anyway to not create the accounts until they are approved on the admin side? I had a couple fake spam accounts get registered today and before I could even delete them the system already created the accounts which makes those pilot ID's unusable. I also have the SMF auto account registration module installed which created the accounts on my forum as well. It would be great if the system wouldn't create anything until I approve them in the admin center. Is this possible? If not, is this doable in an update? Thanks, Keith

Hi, I want to lock the aircraft, if it is in use. For instance, if i pilot are flying/bided the route from airport A to airport B with the Aircraft CS-TSX, i want to hide, to all pilots the routes wich have the aircraft CS-TSX, until the route has been completed and reported. I hope everyone is doing well but can i get some assistance with the install because i am getting errors...It software asked for me to CHMOD the folders and so i did and they were fine, it also said to CHMOD the Local.config.php but it wasn't a folder but a file that cold not give permission to. so i added in all the info for the database and and when i clicked next it gave this ERROR. BugsOn the schedules page you cannot Edit or Delete a schedule once you have entered it into the system.SuggestionsDeparture and Arrival times should be given in ZULU time as well as Local Time. I have hit an issue with the footer.tpl. The design looks fine appart from no footer at the bottom. Which also means no "designed by" for the template and no "powered by" for phpVMS. It says the following: I have checked line 211 for TemplateSet.class.phh and it says: trigger_error('The template file "'.$tpl_path.'" doesn't exist'); I am pretty sure its the extra slash after the public_html thingy but no idea which file to change it in. Hey there, I'm hoping there's someone with a knowledge with using gmail Apps with phpVMS. Tonight, we changed over to Gmail Apps, and now we are having issues that the mass emails aren't being sent out. I double checked the local.config.php file and ensure the info is correct and it seems to be. Earlier on today our web hosting was totally wiped of files after someone got access to the password of the other user on the FTP. After restoring a backup and changing every password, the phpvms profile of that person keeps being accessed and edited, even after password being changed every time, and being changed to something absolutely nobody knows.

I have the "same old" No route passed error. However noConflict is not helping this time. I am using PHPVMS 5.5.2. I can confirm that default skin works fine. I also tried removing ALL javascripts from my theme(leaving only the default comes with phpvms 5.5.2). Still no luck. Hello all, I'm having problems with some of the characters on my website. My site is in french, so I need accents like è, é, à , etc... As you can see on my frontpage (http://www.transquebec.org/operations/) the accents are not displaying correctly, but only in some places like the news of the menu bar... it shows a square instead.
