Hi! I need some help. I updated to version 2.1.934 and now when I submit a PIREP, I get redirected to my flights page as usual, but the pirep I just submitted is doesn't appear anywhere, not even in the admin center... Except that I receive the notification email... Any Idea? Thanks!

Hi, We have just started operations here and we have run into a few issues which I can't figure out why. 1) When pilots file PIREPs, it sometimes get duplicated and appears as two instead of one. Does anyone know if there is a solution for this?

I have a new VA that I am starting that is based on U.S. Naval Reserve Squadrons which have more than 3 letters like commercial airlines. Is there a way that I can change a template or form to do this. I have been doing some looking through the files but did not find it. I can enter VS27 as an airline but when a registration is created, it is created as VS20001 not VS270001. Increasing the number for the pilot ID only adds more 0's not VS27 instead of VS2. Thank you. Hi there, 1- I want modify pireps_list.tpl to show pilot rank & aircraft rank. Its because that i want verify if the pilot used the right aircraft to their pilot rank. ok, i have tried 3 times to install PHPVMS. I have follwed the docs to the letter, and istallation is fine, and setup is fine. I have setup airline, aircraft and a route. However, no matter what i try, FSACARS will not send any data. When i complete the flight, nothing happens, and if i click send log, i get a data base error! what is wrong, why will FSCARS not log my flight?

Using latest stable, with modified versions of templates from the core folder. When submitting the registration form it just takes me back to the form, no errors shown or anything, and the user isn't created. Oh also, while I'm here - how come the finances don't display a header/footer/style or anything, its just a plain old boring black and white text.

I am trying to get my site ready for php7. I have installed phpVMS 2 on a dev directory. Changed the skin files from php to tpl and all I get is a blank white page. Am I missing something? Skin shows on default skin and different tpl skin. Just not the one I am trying to convert.

Hi, where can I find the location of the stored mail-addresses of all the pilots, inclusive my mail-address? I mean not on the website/admincenter, but on the PHPVMS-system/files that is accessible with FileZilla. I as ceo&admin of my va have no longer the possibility to log in and/or request a new password to login. The system will no longer send a new password to my mail-address because the same mail-address is in use by another (test)-members. Probably will made this double placed mail-address an error that prevents that nobody of this two members, me and my test-member can receive a new password. Hello everyone, I have started using FSFK as a joint client for my airline and the problem I have is that the log part of the flight needs to be inserted in separate fields in DB so that I can pull the data and show it in a table but I don't know which file to edit as there is no .php associated with FSFK in ACARS module and nor there is for KACARS if I'm not mistaking. I appreciate any help in this regard. Thanks

Got this message: "Schedule does not exist. Please update this manually". What hapenned is this. I always run 2 log programs; Kacars AND FSFK. Well, I forgot to start Kacars, so, oh well, it didn't matter because I use FSFK as a backup anyways. Well, when I went to send in my log, FSFK said "The flight has been successfully sent to the Web service", but when the webpage opened up, as it does in fsfk, I got the above error. Now, I haven't used any other log for awhile, so just wondering if anything changed lately would affect this? I have hit an issue with the footer.tpl. The design looks fine appart from no footer at the bottom. Which also means no "designed by" for the template and no "powered by" for phpVMS. It says the following: I have checked line 211 for TemplateSet.class.phh and it says: trigger_error('The template file "'.$tpl_path.'" doesn't exist'); I am pretty sure its the extra slash after the public_html thingy but no idea which file to change it in. Hello My VA has recently gotten a new pilot center and thus had to make two new folders for it (ex dashboarden.jalvirtual.org) while we are keeping the standard /en folder for the public site. All four of these folders (en and ja) are connected to the same database and have the same modules all installed and in the past the original en and ja folders we able to share the same database data for add on's without issue. However i am seeming to have an issue with some add on's in my new pilot center. Data for event booking and screenshot modules is not showing up in my pilot center but data for forum 2.0 and tours is and that is puzzling me why the data in the two former mo…

Hello All A while ago I posted a topic regarding a way to insert the A/C into the bids table and I figured out that part and was able to insert that value into the table. Now a new problem is come up and that's when I hit the "Add to bid" link it's supposed to change to "Bid Added" but it doesn't and when I look at the DB the bid was actually added with no problem. Some people were helping me out but they suddenly stopped responding and left me in the dark and I believe that has something to do with the browser but still can't figure out where the problem is. Please help with this issue I really appreciate it. Thanks

I am not sure how to explain this, but I will try. First of all (to understand): When a pilot logs in with all the correct credentials, he is redirected to the dashboard, which is normal. I have installed phpVms and actually, I'm using kAcars. kAcars is a great software (stable & user-friendly too). Hi, I want to lock the aircraft, if it is in use. For instance, if i pilot are flying/bided the route from airport A to airport B with the Aircraft CS-TSX, i want to hide, to all pilots the routes wich have the aircraft CS-TSX, until the route has been completed and reported. Earlier on today our web hosting was totally wiped of files after someone got access to the password of the other user on the FTP. After restoring a backup and changing every password, the phpvms profile of that person keeps being accessed and edited, even after password being changed every time, and being changed to something absolutely nobody knows.
