When I add a site page, it creates a .html document in the core/pages folder.However when I add PHP script to the document It does not appear to be parsed through the PHP interpreter. I'm assuming because the pages themselves have .html extensions.Is there some way to correct this?

Hello Nabeel, Thanks for the response on integrating FSPax's logs into FSACARS... Here's an additional question regarding the A/C type pulldown after the "Flight from VA" has been selected. Scenario. My VA has multiple Saabs and Jetstreams... each with its own registration number. So, imagine for a minute, when you pull this list down... all you see is - for example - 20 "JS41" entries in the list. Somewhere in that list - I have to imagine - is a concatenated registration number which is INVISIBLE in the pulldown list. So, if you - after a series of trial and errors - manage to select the correct "JS41", then the correct registration number shows up in the Reg # f…

Hi folks. I'm trying to get my airline started and have decided to try phpVMS. The only problem is that I don't know anything about php or database servers. I hope you'll bear with me and be my teachers. I tried doing the install myself yesterday and it didn't go well. So I've decided to start all over and get some help as I go along. Not sure if this has ever been asked or not my search returned nothing to me. Is there a limit to how many pages one can add in the admin panel? I have created around 20 so far and it is still kicking them out great. I have around 20 more to go that I know of before all is said and done. I am more curious then anything. Ray

My Airline www.atlasvirtualairlines.com has been hacked. Hi there. Today I tried to upload the first batch of routes for my VA (again after some updates). The only difference between how they were when I first uploaded them (when it worked) and now is the fact I added about 50 routes. So I checked the "delete all schedules" box as I uploaded them since I was replacing them all but this time when I clicked on Airline Schedules there were none to be seen. I then noticed all my airports from my airport database were gone as well and I couldn't upload those either. I had my COO test it as well and he couldnt get them either. Anyone have any clue how to fix this issue? Thanks! -NotAnAvgeek

Hello, my name is Jose Manuel, I'm from Reivax Air and on behalf of Xavi Rovira , the CEO of the airline I want to tell my problem about the automatic update of flight hours and payments. The problem is very simple but we don't know how to solve it. It's basically that to update the flight hours of each pilot in their dashboard, I must update it manually from the maintenance mode inside the phpVMS "Reset hours" and "Reset payments". I have installed in "local.config.php" the correct script and we have already changed "USE_CRON" to "TRUE". Please we need your help. Thank you a lot from all of Reivax Air members. I went to look at the PIREP admin section and when it was displaying the dashboard I got this error: Open Flash Chart JSON Parse Error [syntax Error] Error at character 0, line 1: 0: <h3>VA Stats:</h3> I don't see anything from with either of the two files where I see "VA Stats" appearing. Hi Guys This has probably been asked before, but I would really love to find a way I can put a live 'track' of the aircraft that shows an accurate history of where the Aircraft has been and a dotted line from it's current position to the destination. Similar to how FR24 does it. This would need to be displayed when someone clicks on the aircraft in the ACARS Map instead of just a straight line from Departure to Arrival Cheers in advance

I have a few signatures that I have noticed with some weird fonts. Looks normal in Google. It is messed up in Firefox, Opera, and IE, and iPad. On the picture the top signature is the one in question.

I have tried to upgrade my phpvms version 2.9.1 to 5.5.2. That resulted in not 100% working. What did I do? Create a database-backup from my regular site and upload that into a temporary testsite database. Unzipped and uploaded the 5.5.2 zipfile to the new location and ran install. The default skin works. But when I go into admin, I see that I am missing items in the menubar. One of them is settings. I can go to settings via /admin/index.php/settings and can change the skin. Yet the skin is not working as expected. But the skin is second plan. First is to fix the adminpart. What do I need to do, in order to accomplish this? Thanks ahead, RobB

When I click on Current Flights, or try to create the recent Flights Map, I get the following error: Notice: The template file "/home/xxxxxxxxxxx/public_html//core/templates/acarsmap.php.tpl" doesn't exist in/home/xxxxxxx/public_html/core/classes/TemplateSet.class.php on line 248 Looks like it is trying to call both the .php and the .tpl files at the same time. Hi everyone, I have just installed phpVMS, the installation procedure was succesful, however after I log in with the e-mail/pass supplied at the installation time, I cannot acces /admin I get : An Error Was Encountered Unauthorized access. I tried to do a clean install ( deleted database and files ) whith no results. I have noticed that the last page during the installation phase does not look as the one in the installation instructions on the site - it is an empty page and does not ahave a link to the admin panel or the main site, and no footer. I do not provide any links as this is installed on a VM and my IP is dynamic. Thanks.

Hi all, I have been at this for a couple of days now and to no avail. I have searched and tried everything I can think of but nothing. Any help would be much appreciated. I know what goes into Database,username and password but the top 2 boxes are doing my head in Localhost database and server. Where can I get this info. I am hosted by fivedev if this helps. Cheers

Does anyone know of a way to extract the airport database in FSX into a CSV, or similar format? I'm getting grumpy about the number of airports missing in either geonames or phpvms lookups. I'm not talking unknown air strips in the boondocks. Neither one can look up OAIX, for example. Loading FSX every time I need airport coordinates, is too time consuming.

In my VA, Fly American Virtual, the VA stats show the TOTAL number of pilots in the VA. I have all active pilots in a group, and then all the inactive or retired pilots in another group, so that everything is organized. How do I set the VA stats "total pilots" to the number of pilots in the group "Active Pilots" that I have? After hours of frustration, spitting my dummy out I must admit defeat and ask for help, as stated I am a complete newbie who probably shouldn't be venturing into this realm but as it's something I want to do I will soldier on, anyway getting to the point...........
