Before I tackle this on my own, has anyone made a script to generate an email to the user upon bid expiration (using the maintenance.php cron job)? Asking since I don't want to reinvent the wheel if its already been done.

Hi, I am a hospital social worker and have a patient who is retired from flying secondary to a medical condition. It is uncertain if he will be cleared to fly at a later date. He has been flying for 40 years (commercial and in the National Guard) and the thought of not flying is understandably very depressing. He does not have children, only a sibling who lives out of state but he does have some close friends locally...very limited social support. Are you aware of support groups that might be appropriate for him? Thank you for your time. Laura

hello guys i have installed phpvms 5.5 and tried to solve the reCAPTCHA error by this forum still the error remain to be there "ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key" but what i got confused is , before 2 month i already installed a va and solved recapchta using this thread but now it dosnt ,, why is it so ? am i doing somthing wrong ? thank you

I would like to add an option to allow you to search for a flight that has for example between 200 miles and 300 miles something similar to: search flight where 'distance' between "$distance1" and "$distance2" I have scanned these files: schedule_searchform.tpl core/modules/Schedules/schedules.php but I can not find out what code I need to do this.

Hello- So I have been an admin and web developer for my VA for years now. I tried to login over the past few days and every time I click Admin or go to the admin center I get the error "Error was occured. Please log in first" I tried logging out and re-logging in with no luck. Went into the database and I am showing as part of group 1 - Administrators. I had the only other admin login and he said I show I am part of the admin group in my profile. Not sure what happened...any ideas? I was editing routes a few days ago and I went in to do more editing and it seems like the admin center wont let me in anymore. Any suggestions to the fix would be helpful so I can get som…

Hi. I use phpvms 5. We started doing cargo flights recently. For our cargo aircraft, the 747-8F, we added the max cargo weight as 300000(as is says in lbs) but when we edit the pireps to change the load, we don’t know if we should be entering it in kg or lbs. Please help us with this. Thanks. Umar

Our host just informed us that they will be upgrading to php7.2 and removing php 5.6 in the next few months. Does anyone know if phpVMS 5.5.2 will work without issue on php 7.2? If it won't work, any idea of what needs to be changed? Guess I'm going to have to install wamp again and set it up with the hosting companys current version to test things out locally.

I called my VA back to life and put it back on phpvms 5. I put my old skin and the old Modules back in place but somehow on the side some bug reports and I do not know how to get them away. Also I can not add airports via look up Maybe someone can help me. http://www.fly-freedomair.com

All, I was hoping someone can help me out with Xacars for X-Plane users on 5.5.2 served on HTTPS sites. The software is pretty old and doesn't like HTTPS websites and pops an error on my site when trying to connect. However I have a couple users on Mac's that have this as their only option, so this is becoming a vital fix. Doing some research I believe there is a way to redirect HTTPS request for the xacars scripts to regular port 80 using .htaccess script, but I have been thus far unsuccessful. So the question is has anyone had any success with Xacars for XP11 clients on your HTTPS only website? And if so, would you mind sharing the installation steps that deviate…

Hi, actually in my phpvms v2.1.936 I have this code: schedule_briefing.tpl <!-- Flight time Row --> <tr> <td colspan="2"><?php echo $schedule->arrtime - $schedule->deptime ?></td> </tr> But this code not show minutes, only hours, so if I have arr time = 12:59 and dep time = 09:00 the result is 3hours, not 3:59 hours. How can I fix this? Thanks!

When PIREPS are accepted the hours are not being updated automatically in the pilot logbook. Hours and flights are only updated when the 'maintenance module' is run. Any suggestions?

I am having an issue with pirep counts in the Pilot Roster page. I have reset pirep counts in the admin panel and they are correct. But in the Pilot Roster they seem to be doubling newer members. It is hard to find the issue, especially when the numbers are fine in the database and the admin section. Has anyone seen this before?!

Hello, I am trying to enter routes / schedules. After providing all the information, it says the flight with flight number, etc. has been saved successfully. However, the flight does not appear in the schedules section. Also, I have noticed that I can add manually aircraft just fine. When I am trying to import them from a file, it lists all the aircraft and says the import was successful. However, they do not appear on the list of aircraft later on. What am I missing?

The graph that shows Pireps Counts during the past 30 days is stuck and "loading: just keeps spinning. No graph is being displayed. This was a convenient way for Admins to see a VA's priep counts during the past month. Is there a fix for this?

On my briefing page I have the following code which gives me aircraft's name from schedules: <?php echo "{$schedule->aircraft}"; ?> Which outputs something like this: A320-214 I can also use: <?php echo "{$schedule->aircraftid}"; ?> Which gives me an ID of an aircraft from *aircraft* table. Knowing aircraft's name and id, how can I get aircraft icao code from *aircraft* database? (In aircraft database there are fields *id*, *icao*, *name* etc) Thanks!

Hi ! I've just installed phpvms 7.0 and when i cliked on the install button i've this message : Error 404 - Not found Le fichier requis n'a pas été trouvé. Il peut s'agir d'une erreur technique.
