Hello, I am having a weird issue with phpVMS and it counting PIREPs. It is able to count the hours just fine from the PIREPs submitted however it just sets the PIREPs for all pilots to 0. I also have this from the cron script as an error. Notice: A non well formed numeric value encountered in /home/gocanair/public_html/core/common/StatsData.class.php on line 171 I am guessing that could be causing the issue. Any ideas on a fix for that? Thanks, Nick

Hi All, As My Va Runs Charter Flights Without Any Scendules I was wondering if there was a away of making the pilot be able to "Charter A Flight" Which leads them to the simular page like in the add schedule page. When they press "Book" The flight is added to their bids. I've been looking at: http://forum.phpvms.net/topic/1966-phpvmsbooking-release/page__hl__booking But wouldn't know where to start by editing a copy of the admin center file for pilots. Hi there We tried the "awards" System The Problem is, the System gives each Pilot the Same award on it´s own- Also the linked Pictures are not working.

Had a quick search over the forums but no luck. People have asked I believe how to be able to search the schedules by using hundreds of different variations. But what I was wondering if it's possible to add an alternative flight search box by flight type? You know, when you upload the schedules you can say if each route is either: The reason I say it is as you know I have a charter airline and there are literally tens of thousands of charter routes, but then amongst those there are are few routes which are actually "Scheduled" routes. So to be able to filter those from the charter routes I was hoping to be able to search by either "P" passenger flights or "H" Chart…

went to download his vStats module today from github and i gog a 404 from github saying "this is not the page im looking for" haha anyways does he have a new github account. i tried to go to his website but it looks like it is not online. im not sure what his modules are licensed under but if somebody can re-release it that would be awesome. thanks Zach

I'm trying to make a booking module, and I don't get any errors, but it doesn't update the flight schedules. I think it has something to do with the mySQL update. Hi, I have set up a VA and I am currently just testing it before releasing it. Everything works apart from the live maps. As you can see from this image It doesnt work. I am using XAcars and I am using the xacars.ini file that is personalised for every VA. I dont understand it I havent edited the maps module or anything, Please help Lewis

Hi, I've a problem with inserting of ranks. If I open the "Pilot Ranks" site in the admin center, I get the following warning and the ranks are not displayed : Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ...admin/templates/ranks_allranks.tpl on line 15 When I add a new rank, I get another warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ...core/common/RanksData.class.php on line 148 The "added" values are inserted in the sql-database. Hi guys, I have a few questions regarding converting; asking them here, I 'googled' what I needed, but they're specific to my install. I have a skin that I made on 2.1.935 and I'd like for the skin to run on that, as I'm more familiar with the syntax/templates. How hard is it to convert certain things? Here's the issues I have: On localhost:8080, there's various errors. Airports won't fetch data automatically (how can this be updated), and fleet cannot be added with a red bootstrap notice 'There was an error while adding fleet'. Hey there, Im a complete jQuery novice and I understand phpVMS integrates jQuery as standard. I'm looking to implement this jQuery Lightbox with phpVMS so that I can display links and images using it. I understand this isn't the ideal place to ask, but the guys at jQuery may never have even heard of phpVMS. http://fancybox.net/home Any jQuery experts who can guide me with installation in the more abnormal phpVMS environment are appreciated. This past weekend, I had a very rude awakening over deleting pilots and VA Central. I'm aware, when you delete a member his stats are lost and if he rejoins he has to start from scratch. What I wasn't aware of is his contribution to the VA is deleted from the data base. If I had kept all the inactive members we would have 123 man roster. We have found out the system doesn't delete anyone, Ours is preset from the beginning at 90 days but it has never dropped a single inactive member so we have to do this manually. This past Friday we were less than 100 hours to role over 10,000 hours and our second award. Sunday evening I went through the roster and removed 15 inactive mem…

Im trying to display the latest flight details of a pilots last flown flight. Hi All, I remember reading something about this when Dave created the events module but I just cannot seem to find the reference anymore. I want to create a new phpvms module that the admin part can be managed through the vms admin back-end. Currently the events module can be managed through the backed and its listed under add-ons, I want to have the same ability so that when an update takes place the module is not wiped at all. Is this at all possible?

Gents, I would not post this if it envolved a single member issue but I have been getting emails from many members all day concerning our custom Kacars. This started today. This is the message they receive when they try to log on to their vamccars Website Warning Encountered Notify system administrator of the switch error. OK, All serious, We decided to move the files of the website to the main domain, than we discoverd that the website wasnt appearing, just Plain Blank.. So, we moved it back to the original place and it still doing something, can we have some help and alot of help would be appreciated.. Also The Install directory dosent work aswell.

Hello All, We currently downloaded the beta version of phpvms to try on a home install - but we have a weird problem when we go to /index.php/schedules to try and search if there is any flights marked monday or tuesday they are shown in the results section without even having to search Is there any way to be able to turn this off ? It was happening on the normal install too which was strange so we tried the beta to see if it would fix it but to no avail regards, james
