Hello Some of you may know the website fuelplanner.com They have an API now, where you can post variables and get variables back, so you can seamlessly integrate fuelplanning in your website (eg pilot brief) I'm very inclined to spend the 20 bucks, but there's nothing known about how to integrate it with phpvms. Does any of you use this API and can shed a light? Just so I wouldn't have to reinvent the wheel.

Hi all, How can i edit the code for my registration form, and only allow the registree to select 1 airline (our main one), out of many? Currently, i have a script where it will default you to the main airline, even if you select another one. However, we are adding a number of codeshares, and it would be ideal not to have 15-20 options of airlines to choose from when registering. So, again, my question is: How can i edit the code for my registration form, and only allow the registree to select 1 airline (our main one), out of many others? www.cathaypacificva.com

Alright guys, before we go on as to how this topic has been brought up several times, and has been resolved, let me point out that i have been through all of those topics and nothing works or has anything to do with my issue. Now what im going through is the add bid link is not clickable and when it is it says its No Route Passed. I just moved hosting. With my previous host provider i didnt have this problem. Last night I was trying to install the full version of phpvms. My FTP program said file uploaded successfully, so I go to the install page and I get this message. Dear Fellow Members i want to check possibility to add multiple segment flights i.e. by softening the rules to add flight schedule, such as particular flight EK688 - OPKC-OPQT-OPZB-OPDI-OPPS-OPRN / Equipment: A330 Leg 1 / EK688 / OPKC-OPQT Leg 2 / EK688 / OPQT-OPZB Leg 3 / EK688 / OPZB-OPDI Leg 4 / EK688 / OPDI-OPPS Leg 5 / EK688 / OPPS-OPRN In this 5 segment flights, you can see the call sign is same but Origin & Destination are changing per each leg. I have just moved our VA over to a new web server and everything is working fine except that when a PIREP is submitted either manually or via acars it fails to put this in the database thus losing all the information. I have checked that there is sufficient permissions to write to the database and there is - bids work fine, new pilots can join, etc. Just PIREPs wont submit. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello My VA has recently gotten a new pilot center and thus had to make two new folders for it (ex dashboarden.jalvirtual.org) while we are keeping the standard /en folder for the public site. All four of these folders (en and ja) are connected to the same database and have the same modules all installed and in the past the original en and ja folders we able to share the same database data for add on's without issue. However i am seeming to have an issue with some add on's in my new pilot center. Hello all again. I have another question. Is there any way to block login for retired/inactive pilots and show up a message? For example: I have changed a pilot status to retired because he is inactive for a long time. Then, if he try to login again, a message will say: You are inactive for a long time and your account needs re-activation from Staff. Contact us by clicking here... bla bla bla"

hi We have set up an airline and all functions are working great but the schedule page takes about 20 seconds to load fully. We added a free module to try and fix this flight planner master which adds the frontschedules page and .php but still the same issue. Once the page has loaded its very snappy with the results. We only have about 400 routes currently and my old airline had thousands on the same module without problems. I am hosting through phpvms link on their home page. I started this with a passion for aviation and my website knowledge is limited unfortunately. I have tried optimising the site and also compressing data. Can anyone help as this really let…

Hello all, I'll have on each page within the admin center, in the upper left corner, an error called sidebar_dashboard.php. Due to this error I can't add anything, because the sidebar is gone. I appears to happen to all the pages not only the dashboard. Does anybody know an fix for this? Thanks KLM

I have searched through the forums and I can't find anything related to Last 30 days pireps, specifically the Pilot Roster page pointing to one profile link and the Live Map pointing to another. Here is the scenario: If I look at the pilot roster and select a pilot, it shows the PIREPS for the past 30 days and the web address points to /phpvms/index.php/profile/view/2 This displays correctly. If I select the Live Map and click on the same pilot, the PIREP chart flatlines and the web address points to /phpvms/index.php/profile/view/CPA0002 I don't know why in the live map that the profile view would point to a different variation of the pilot number. Hello All, I have since made my own bootstrap based skin for phpvms and since I have done that the accept/rejecting pilots function nolonger works. You can click it however it does nothing. I am not really sure what is causing it however I have refrenced the core_htmlhead.tpl in the header.tpl so all phpvms functions are still included.
