By looking at Jeff's "Phoenix" and Simpilot's "WestJet" systems, I'm wondering how to separate the statistics for separate hubs and Airlines. My site is more in the way of Jeff's Phoenix (having multiple airlines with their own realistic flight routes). Is there a simple solution to do that, or is it some kind of trade secret that they would rather not discuss for copying reasons? As I have said many times before, I know very little about coding, but am learning pretty fast by reading these forums. I'd appreciate any help on this, as I know more may be interested as well. -Thanx-

Dear members we recently shifted our website to another hosting & they already restored our backup data after the restore when ever we are trying to access any page we are getting 404 error (see below) it seems index.php is missing how can i solve the issue?

I am trying to add this to my admin panel: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/ddaccordion.htm (The example with dogs, cats and rabbits is the one i want to add) I need some help on where and how i can implement this into my site. think it have not been asked before? if yes please give me a hint where I have added something like this to simpilots charter module to get prices for the charter flights which works quite well $charter[price] = ($distance/100)*20; is it possible to remove the manual price input and do it in background following maths operations like above? OK, I am getting ready to prepare for an actual VA inaugural flight and so I chose a flight and came to the pilot briefing form. These are my observations: NOTAMs: I get some invalid security cert. from the supposed FAA site. Anyway, perhaps it would also be nice if one could have a link to a virtual NOTAM to complement a real life one. Sometimes flying organizations have their own airport NOTAMs. Charts. The links for the arrival and departure charts actually points to www.airnav.com to search charts there. It totally omits the fact that one may have also inputted an URL to an airport chart when one created the airport in the database. To make this complete it would …

Hi, I'm trying this function in a table <?php echo $flight->deptime; ?> But my server have NY time and I want UTC time or +6 hours, then I'm trying this: <?php echo $flight->deptime+'6 hour'; ?> But if for example in NY are the 16:38h I get 22h, not 22:38h I tried with +6, with +06:00:00, etc, but nothing. How I can get deptime in UTC or add 6 hours with minutes? Thanks! I noticed that there are just expenses to add either per month, per flight, and so on under the reports and expenses menu. Just wondering if there is a way to have income per flight too, i am working on duty-free income per se and also a on-board store ( soft drinks, aircraft models, snacks, ect...) for the airline. I do think it would be a nice feature to have.....

Hello all, I am trying to install the latest version of PHPVMS that I got here https://github.com/nshahzad/phpVMS to a website, I enter the details in install/install.php and click on next step... Now I am getting this error.. Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ezDB_mysqli in /home/voevirtu/public_html/core/classes/ezdb/ezdb_mysqli.class.php on line 337 It all doesn't appear to want to create tables or anything, previous versions have installed find so I don't see why this one doesn't work... Any help would be great! Scott

Hello All, It appears my chats are not working again in phpvms, I have a dev install updated to v2.1.935 My live site is running v2.1.936 Neither of the sites are showing charts but they were last week and I have not had a security breech from what I can see. Also, the activity feed works fine on the earlier version 2.1.935 but its failing to work on v2.1.936 Is anyone running v2.1.936 and have the activity feed working ? Any help on these matters would be most appreciative, Thanks

We are changing over to phpVMS. Since we cant convert our FSACARS log. I am having each person manually add their pireps from their logs. I noticed that we hare having some trouble. One person has 75 flights entered with only 4 hours. What is the correct time chart to enter the time in? Here is how I am doing it Example 34 minute flight = 0.34 1 hour 20 minute flight = 1.20 Am I correct?

I'm not sure whether i need to create a module or if there is just a little code snippet that i can use to accomplish this. What i am looking to do is to create two tables for my front page. 1) Recent Hires The goal is to pull the 5 most recently approved pilots from the db and populate it in a small table. Does anyone know where to find a decent database of realworld flights that are simple enough to cut and paste into the CSV template? I know a lot of you spend a lot of time hand-copying real route info across and I'm not asking that you share your hard work; merely trying to find a way to avoid hours and hours of tedious work! Nothing has to be up-to-date, I'm just wanting to throw a huge route database together for choice.

I'm trying to figure out how to change the contact form to when an email is sent and I hit "Reply" in my email client it will automatically populate the field with the senders email address. Right now, when I hit reply the address is my website address that I have setup in PHPVMS. While this isn't that big of a deal if I'm on my laptop to copy and paste the senders address into the "to" area. However, I mostly answer emails from my phone and that is a little more of a pain. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this? Thanks, Keith

Hello! I would like to update phpvms to latest Rev v2.1.934-158-g60320ae but I have edit my site like hell and not only the public side but also the admin side. Not only the tpls but also a huge amount of classes/modules and the databse tables. I believe that updating will screw up every single file which will result to a boring process of restoring backup.
