Hi there, I have been trying to install PHPVMS 5.5 on my web server and can't seem to get past the installing tables part, what I get is just a blank screen, I have all the files on the domain I have listed, have looked at the install checker and its saying files are missing yet I see them clearly in the ftp browsers. Ive been at trying to get this on my server for the last 3 hours and its not happy with me any help would be great, thanks.

Hi all I looked for a solution on the forum but I did not find anything that could solve the problem. I am under a version 5.5 with a php 5.6 When I go to the admin backoffice and I launch the maintenance options manually, I don't have any particular concerns (it's logn but it does the job (reset hours for example or reset Pirep driver count) On the other hand, if I want to use the cronjob and launch the suggested line (php -f /homepages/33/d797466141/htdocs/hdd/vavirtual/crew/admin/maintenance.php) it does not work. Hi!, i'm working on the VA system for my VA, and when i add aircrafts it gives me the error "There was an error adding the aircraft" (same thing editing the aircraft) but this is my form https://prnt.sc/t7brbt (it appears in blue because the other times was the same problem, so it's easier to me, i added it from de database directly but i can't still fly with the aircrafts, when i book my pirep i can't select the plate of the aircraft, i tried to add the aircrafts on a .csv, but it doesn't work (https://prnt.sc/t7bsck),it returns this text, " The import process is complete, added 0 aircraft, updated 0, for a total of 0! Small suggestion for the next update, giving admin the ability to attach a flightplan file to each route added, allowing a pilot to download the associated flightplan for that schedule and load it direct into FS. Ability to upload multiple with small label for each would be ideal to allow uploading plans for different addons LVL-D 767 PMDG etc.

Hi, I've a problem with inserting of ranks. If I open the "Pilot Ranks" site in the admin center, I get the following warning and the ranks are not displayed : Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ...admin/templates/ranks_allranks.tpl on line 15 When I add a new rank, I get another warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ...core/common/RanksData.class.php on line 148 The "added" values are inserted in the sql-database. GREAT JOB on the latest version BTW. I am just wondering, I exported, changed, and them imported my scedules. It would seem that the update works, however none of the fees have changed. Does the import not include the cost of the flight updates ? Thanks again !

.930 My pilots are reporting that even though they file the Pirep correctly giving a correct Dept ICAO and Arr ICAo when it arrives at admin for approval the Arrival filed hs been populated with the Departure ICAO. I haven't changed anything in the pirep tpl's. It means that the Fleet table also is not being updated correctly with the last filed pirep position. Any Clues or is this a BUG! Thanks Alex

Hi everybody, I search in the forum but i don't find it.I have two problems. Firstly, when the autozoom : true in googlemap, the map doing zoom to lowest level.. How can I stop it in a specific level.. Second problem is when I use google map for FSACARS, the aircrafts heading do not show the real heading, however when I use Kacars it shows normal. How can I solve that problem ? Thanks for answering.

In my installation, it didn't ask for an API code. I can't get my ACARS map to work. http://virtualamerican.org/index.php/acars If I go to my settings, it doesn't let me put in an API code there either. Thanks for the help in advance.

Hello , i have a Problem with FSFK Pireps, i do my FSFK Setting as shown in the PDF from Eddie Baker - LIVE Map works fine, but when i send my Pirep FSFK says - "1 Pirep successfull send" - then opens a webpage "file:///C:/Users/Volker/Documents/FS%20Flight%20Keeper/Reports/Services/Flug%20ETSN%20nach%20ETSI%20-%2010042011%20-%20SVCRSP.html" and shows me "Schedule does not exist. Please update this manually." Pictures are uploaded to the FTP-Folder and Schedule is booked!

Ok fellas. I REALLY need help. I got in to my local config file and set auto activate pilot s to true..... Not hard at all and then I saved. Done deal. Went back to my site, and now all I get are white pages. This is the second time this has happened to me when I edited the local config file. I uploaded a backup file and it did not fix it. Every single page on the website is all white. Nothing more, nothing less. Any ideas?

The inactive pilot system within phpVMS is atrocious. Honestly. I'm sorry to say it but it really is. I have a pilot who can no longer login. He filed 2 PIREPs recently yet the system says he's inactive. I reset him to active and it went back to inactive. My local.config.php states that inactive pilots should be able to login, yet this doesn't work. I'm getting really annoyed about this and something needs done. I have a bunch of pilots who can't fly because they can't login. This needs fixed - and fast.

Hey Guys, For the past couple months, I have been having trouble with my flight schedules, they do not show up under the Schedules tab when logged in. My admin center shows that all of my schedules are active and inactive. I am having issues with pilots who are on leave or inactive. They are wanting to fly again. I reactivate them. Within 24 hours they go back on leave again automatically. Most of the time before the pilot is able to fly again. Is there a way to disable this feature or extend the time after they are re activated?

Hi everyone, Since last week my virtual airline can not receive flights reports because the PIREPS function stopped working by surprise (manually or through smartCARS). I tried reinstalling the PIREPS module, the classes files and the whole site using the last version of phpVMS available but it does not work either. I contacted my hosting provider and after some tests they told me it could be a problem compatibility with MariaDB. Last Wednesday they updated their servers, including MariaDB, since then I have this issue. Hi all. I've just been advised that I need to migrate my hosting - I've purchased new hosting and I'm currently in the process of backing up our VA's website however I'm unsure of what the process to 'restore' the new site to the new hosting entails. Could anyone offer some insight in what's required, what needs to be set up on the new hosting and what's required to bring all the databases and files across in functioning order? We're running Sim Pilots phpVMS 5.5 and the hosts php version has been set to 5.5 but outside of this, I'm not aware of what else I need to change or set up. Any help is appreciated. Brendan.

A few days ago, I started customizing the bid layout, but I have a question. How can I map the route? (With the starting and ending point the same as the report layout).And if possible I wanted to put a gif of an airplane around the line from the start and finish point. What causes the route_details column to be empty on a pirep? I have detected that PIREPS like this don't show navaids on the PIREP map. a:0:{} I dont' quite understand the reason because I see it on some that have 1 navaid, or 4 navaids--but then I have another with 4 navaids and route details showing. Ignore the one in image that says "Enter"; pilot didn't actually enter route from Simbrief. Low down: basically any PIREP with route_details that only has "a:0:{}" shows zero navaids on map. Hello, After a very frustrating server migration our bids no longer work. While we can make the bid in the Module "Tour Center", and the Big Check mark appears telling us the bid has been made, looking at the pilot record say "You have not bid on any flights". A quick check of the database clearly shows the bid has been made. So obviously something broke during the migration. I have re installed all the modules and bits of Tour Center with no improvement. This is a new topic to open up the work and fixing of phpVMS 5.5.2.72 to work with PHP 7.4 . It will be based on the existing version phpVMS 5.5.2.72 and will be progressed in this forum. Once Finished it will be polished on GITHUB as a package the same as before.
