Hi, I'm having a problem with the registration form. I'm trying to create a test pilot to test out the new forum intergration code i've added (automatic pilot addition). When I click the button to register the pilot it just takes me back to the form again and no "pending" pilot is added and no e-mails are sent out. Can anyone help? cheers, roboa

Hello guys, Yesterday i was trying to accept pilots on my site from the administration panel but when i double click on it it doesnt work it the page were you see the pending pilots goes blank and they dont get accepted. Please help me my website is www.flymapleair.com

Hi all, I've just updated to the build 700 and found that the add bid button has gone from the schedules page. I've checked the templates (in dreamweaver the button shows), made sure they are in the skin folder properly and to no avail. Any help is apreciated! cheers, roboa

Hello Today, I've done my first flight. I have an problem with the finances in phpVMS. phpVMS is set up in lbs for fuel. The price is 0.45 euro / lb and the fuel surcharge is set to 5. I've done this flight. I used 7813 lbs of fuel ==> 7813 X 0.45 = 3515.18 euros. In phpVMS, when I see the finances reports, the fuel costs are -23 630 euros. It is the first flight done and there are not any other flight. What do I have to do to reduce the fuel costs (and to use the good price for the next flights)? Thanks Stéphane

Hi.. I want to customize my roster so it doesnt show all the hubs and teh pilots under it. Just the List of pilots and next to the names and hours a collum saying Hub. Is this easily done?

Hello all, I am coding an private ACARS program for our VA. I need to know what format phpVMS can receive pilot reports. The program is all in Visual Basic with the log stored in a Rich Text box. Maybe convert that to XML or something? Thanks, Mitch

Hi all, I am hoping someone can help me figure something out. I am trying to show "recent pilots" data on a static page on our airline website. I have added the codon.config.php at the start of the page and the pasted the code snippet from the tpl file "recentpilots" into my web page. Nothing shows up. I am obviously inserting or referencing the code incorrectly but not being that clued up on php I can't see what's wrong myself. Can anyone offer a helping hand to explain where I'm going wrong? I have the latest beta, Xacars didn't close or send my last flight report. And yes i downloaded the config. I checked it, all the links appear to be correct and the site said it sent with success.

Hello I have some errors with XACARS. At first, when I start XACARS, it shows me a message which says that it is not possible to have the live acars on the website. There was an error connecting to the LiveACARS server: [Connection to ACARS erver failed: [Check URL.]] ACARS tracking continues without sending LiveACARS messages. When I tryed to send the pirep, it is impossible to send it. It shows me a message which say that the wabside did not reply with an error 403. Here is a summary of the message : Sendinf PIREP returned an ERROR condition: [Connection to PIREP server failed: [Check URL]] You may retry sending the PIERP. How can I solve them ? Thanks …

Hi, Last week i've build up my phpvms website and all appears to go ok. I tried flying with xacars and also with fspassengers. Both are logging the flight and i can export succesfully and I receive emails like: A PIREP has been submitted by LUX0001 (pilot name) LUX1020: ELLX to EDDT Aircraft: 2 Flight Time: 0.52 Filed using: xacars Comment: A PIREP has been submitted by LUX0001 (pilot name) LUX1024: ELLX to EDDW Aircraft: 2 Flight Time: 00.59 Filed using: fspax Comment: FSPassengers Flight. Hi everyone, recently I changed my website host into a new one that is Windows based. However, after that I did not receive emails anymore from phpvms, such as Pirep submitted,new pilots registration, password reset and many more. Does anyone have a fix to this? Thanks in advance

Hi! I have in my hosting the last stable phpvms 2.1.934 and when I try to update the pilot's profile it shows me Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 149684224) (tried to allocate 11780 bytes) in/home/cargoita/public_html/xxx/core/classes/ezdb/ezdb_mysql.class.php on line 277 The most strange thing is that in another folder of my hosting, I have installed the last phpvms-dev and it doesn't give me this error on that page. Is so wierd because I tried to update some files ( Like in the PIREP list from Admin center, I had the same problem of memory, but when I updated pireps_list and some others the problem was solved.) and it works. Hello- So I have been an admin and web developer for my VA for years now. I tried to login over the past few days and every time I click Admin or go to the admin center I get the error "Error was occured. Please log in first" I tried logging out and re-logging in with no luck. Went into the database and I am showing as part of group 1 - Administrators. I had the only other admin login and he said I show I am part of the admin group in my profile. Not sure what happened...any ideas? Hello In my statistics on main page I have tried to add a "totat passengers carried" field. To my surprise the number shown was unbelieveable. According to it my airline has carried around 104000 passengers with only 27 flights. Which makes around 3800 persons per flight. I took the data from .../core/common/StatsData.class.php (field is TotalPaxCarried). Am I looking at wrong place for that data? I also would like to know if there's a way to add Total Cargo Carried because my airline has a cargo section too. Cheers, Arslan

Hi Nabeel many thanks for the update - looking at the changelog this will be an excellent release! Just a couple of things to run past you: when the site had finished updating, it gave me errors saying access denied on the js folder. The internet guest account had read and execute permissions on the folder, but to remove the error I had to give it write permissions. Is that correct? Also, I notice my version number is still 1.1.458 and saying there is the 1.2 update available, although my admin centre has the new layout. Hi folks, i have a problem with the massmailer and the mail answers. When the pilots are registered and i activated them, they don't get a mail. When i try to write a mass mail it says "complete" at the end and there is no error message but my pilots don't receive a mail. what can i do? where is the mistake? and the contact formular doesn't work as well, the admin e-mail adress is set in the settings...

Hi guys, I've been trying to get this to work now for a while, so I thought that someone here may be able to help me. I'm trying to make the URL rewrite work so that I can remove index.php from phpVMS. I've already been trying myself so the URL Rewrite function in phpVMS is already set to true, I really would like to be able to remove the index.php so if anyone has done this before and can help me it would be much appreciated.
