My VA has 7 pilots but in the stats it says there are 8 I have checked admin panel and the phpmyadmin database but can't find where it's getting the other pilot from http://shoreair.co.uk

We dove into this head first and I've got some questions but need a seasoned pro to say "no bro, you can't do this" or "I have an idea on how you can do that!" We've got a fully operational site, professionally installed & designed, and a community ready to jump into it. The issue is, until it's able to do what I'm hoping it can do, we just can't open the doors just yet. I'm technical, i'm professional, and I could really use the help. It could easily turn into paid work if you're a solutions oriented kinda aviator. -e

Hello all, Upon installing the cargo ops module for phpvms for my virtual airline, I get this error: Warning: Division by zero in /home/flymyva/public_html/core/common/CargoOpsData.class.php on line 466 The name of my VA was removed to keep it anonymous as we are still in development. If someone could help me out and tell me where and how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Anthony Edwards

I know this has been entered in the forum countless times, but this one has stumped me. We had 2 members of our VA saying that when they try to bid on a flight the get the "No Route Passed" Strange thing is, all other members are able to bid, fly, and file PIREP's without any problems. Its just two members that have this issue. Anyone seen this before, and has anyone got a fix. Kind regards all Dan

Hi all, I have a pilot on my VA who fly's xplane and on MAC, he is using xacars to record his flight, as that is the only compatible acars program. But it is chucking up lots of errors. 1. pilot number is showing up as 0000 2. when he does a flight it breaks the live map (no ones flight shows up even though other flights are taking place) 3. I have a live flights section on the site which just shows up as multiple '0's This problem only happens with xacars as everyone else use smartCARS here is a screenshot to try and help explain.

I just downloaded the phpvms version that has been edited to work with PHP70. I am getting a weird hours calculation. Below I put what can be found after running the maintenance option for VA flight hours. Calculating hours for all pilots: SFC001 - found 2.00 flight hours for number Pilots have a total of 2.00 hours Now counting from PIREPS Found 00:00:02 total hours, updated Any Ideas?

How would it be possible to pull information such as an airline name, total pilots, pending pilots, number of schedules, number of flights, all this information into a web page from a public web address such as http://www.mywebsite.com/core/airlinestats.php ? somthin another like that because you cant pull the information from the codon config since the local config is encoded and it uses that to get the information is it possible ?

I'm having some trouble with setting Phpvms up. Everything worked fine until i tried to add an airport and i get the error ''This airport does already exist''. I'm sure it doesn't exist and when i open PhpMyAdmin it says the same - no airports in the list. And finally, it looks kinda strange, is it supposed to look like this or is it a fault? Been searching around for a solution but no one is fixing it for me.

Good Day everyone, I am a new user to PhpVMS and so far things have been straight forward and easy to sort out which does the creators great credit. What I am not able to do is get the airport function to work, it just hangs on the "Fetching airport data". Now I have looked through the forum and I have tried switching between Geonames and phpvms and neither seem to work. I have removed and installed PhPVMS twice and that has not helped either. I was hoping someone might have a few things I could try, as I say I am new to this and I have exhausted the knowledge I have and tried all the possible things that have come up in here and google as well. So in the early stages of testing the virtual airline. For the most part working on the template which does not effect the database or anything like that. In trying to learn the CSV import and export functions, I noticed that there is an option in the Import for Schedules that states : "Delete all previous routes - NOTE: this could potentially mess up any PIREPS from ACARS flights which are currently in progress, whose routes have changed. " , which like I said we are in the testing phase. So If we say have 1,000 schedules as an example and we edit the spreadsheet to have 500 and tick the DELETE, it will delete the 1,000 first right and than upload the new 500 on the spre…

Hello, I am wanting to uninstall phpvms from my website. I recently became primary admin/ webmaster for a VA that is in need of something new. We have been experiencing too many problems and want to look for new directions. We feel phpVMS is not the best fit for us. I want to try to keep my site intact and just uninstall phpvms and recode for another manager rather than having to build a whole new site. I am not familiar phpVMS so a little help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

When i send mass emails im using port 465 = secure sll and i check my inbox and i never receive anything but if i use port 26 = unsecure i receive it in my spam immediately i would love to know the fix to this that way all emails sent will go to inbox not spam box

Hi everyone, everything fine? So I've been updating my VA in the settings profile part, but I get an error when I'm going to change the avatar. So, I'm leaving the profile settings on several tabs (https://prnt.sc/ho331l), all the tabs are ready, the profile tab containing the name, email and location changes and are working correctly, the password change tab is also working, but avatar change tab is not working properly. So... Hello everyone, again. I have a new problem again. This time the error is in the forms. On all forms of my VA (Airmail, fltbook, all) are not working. When I submit something it does not lead to the correct place and the link gets weird (the information stays in it, as in the image below).
