On the main admin panel it says that update 1.1.458 is available. When I downloaded and tried to install the update it says that it was already installed. So why am I getting the message saying I need to update?

Good morning, As usual I am here with another issue, this time update link. On the admin panel site over view tab under the st it reads: "Error: The phpVMS update server could not be contacted. Check to make sure allow_url_fopen is set to ON in your php.ini, or that the cURL module is installed (contact your host). " Well the php ini for this matter is set to ON and I don't know anything about cUrl. I have downloaded it but I don't know where or how to insall it. Or is there another shortcut to this? Not sure how to troubleshoot this. The pilot's rank is not updating when we get promotions. Went into admin and recalculated the ranks but still no change. Where should I start looking? Your thoughts would be appreciated. Kind Regards, Grizz

There may have been a coonectivity problem when I uploaded the new files. I ran the updater and didn't not see anything surprising, until I looked at the site. Hello, I have added hours to my drivers with the Transfer Hours, but like all companies have a limit for each rank, For example, the first rank is exceeded after 50 hours, but why am adding the rank has not been updated even if the pilot with all the extra hours now 76 hours and 13 minutes? Thanks!

Hi Nabeel, I have installed phpVMS on my server and I am running it through some tests prior to going live with the pilots. When I entered in my previous hours and did an Update of the ranks, it worked great...except for a few things. On the pilot profile, it shows the text of my Rank correctly and displays the proper badge. But the text just below the pilot stats telling me how many hours left till my next promotion does not reflect the change. It still sees me as a zero time pilot. As well, if I click on view my badge, it shows me at the lowest rank with zero hours. I have not logged a flight on this install yet. Other than that, it is working mint!! Chuck CYX…

Was there an update or something? All of a sudden I cannot access my Admin page. Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@usvcg.org to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hiya, Ive done a quick look through the searching for this answer however can someone explain in a yes or no fashion... When updating VMS do I need to start from the first update, or do the latest release contain the previous updates? I ask because Ive been lazy and havent applied an update since first using vms back in May. Thanks for your help Steve

Hi Guys, Time after time I have had to reinstall the whole thing from scratch because I keep getting conflicts when updating to the latest beta version. This means manually entering all my VA's operational data e.g. Schedules, Airports, Aircraft etc. etc . Starting to get tired of doing it to tell the truth. As nearly every update houses changes to the DB, I cant seem to export the database to import it due to SQL errors re: addition tables in the last update. Is there any easy way of keeping all my data ? I noticed that REV782 has the Schedules export option which is a great idea, any chance in making an export function for all ops data ? e.g. Aircraft, Airlines,…

Hello! I would like to update phpvms to latest Rev v2.1.934-158-g60320ae but I have edit my site like hell and not only the public side but also the admin side. Not only the tpls but also a huge amount of classes/modules and the databse tables. I believe that updating will screw up every single file which will result to a boring process of restoring backup. What do you think? Will it work or it will screw up ? Thanks!

Hello Again. About two years ago I had a phpVMS site. When my web provider updated the php the site stopped working. After getting my new v5 phpVMS site working I tried uploading v2 phpVMS and reconnecting it to the old phpVMS database. It worked and my old phpVMS site is backup jut like I left it, which I'm quite happy about. 😃 Now the only thing left is to do is update the reCAPTCHA. I know if you import a csv file it removes all the flight bids that have been made but can you add/edit routes individulay in admin without it affecting the bids already made?

Can someone please give me a step by step guide on how to install the beta over my current live version. Every time some of my pages no longer work. What I do is i just upload the beta version right on my server overwriting everything that is there. When I try to run the updater it tells me that its already updated. can someone please shed some light on this for me. Thanks

Ok, so I downloaded the latest beta. But it did not seem to Update. Got this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined method ezDB_mysql::build_where() in /home/woodsdom/public_html/CPC/core/classes/ezdb/ezdb.class.php on line 329 Not sure where I went wrong, but what should I do now. Hi Nabeel. I wanted to ask you.... I just recently found this website and script as you know and I installed the full install package that is available. I saw the upgrade version and dloaded it as well. Is the upgrade very serious, or should I wait for the next new version? I do have the upgrade package downloaded. I am just worried about destroying all the work I have already done to this install I currently use.

Hello everybody I hope this topic will find you well, After 1 year of working with version 2.1.936 i've noticed there is another version ofr phpvms.updated.zip Version 2.1.938 well i checked the forum how the process must be done. As well i complied with the instructions but something attract my attention, that the /install/update.php asked me for Force update i did, the job done without any error when i visited the admin, i notified that the current version still 936 not Upgraded ??? Any suggestions ??? Tnx

Hi boss, i've done the upgrade and for now i see two errors : 1) live map not showing anymore aircrafts nor people connected. Just few minutes before upgrade i had 10 people on the map. http://vvair.volovirtuale.com/index.php/acars i saw there are 3 errors in the console with firefox, if you would like to check. 2) pilot center - the aircraft statistic on the right is not visible any more 3) the landing data is available only on xacars/fspassengers or also on fsacars?
