So me and my friend is currently testing our VA. We are using firecrew skin. The problem is that when ive done with my flight, it still showing my name even after i file my pirep and after i exit the kAcars. Any help?

Hi all, ive just started to mess around with PHPVMS again and updated my API with google etc... the thing is that when I go to my test site Http://www.flysx.org/test the map doesn’t load on start up but when I refresh the page it does... its throwing up the error of “initmap is not a function” does anyone have any experience if this and/or a work around? Thanks in advance Scott

Im trying out my registration and i got this error upon clicking register button. Hello, I want the pilot status to be shown on the profile tpl. I copied the code from the pilot list tpl but it's not working, the status is always "Active" although the real status is "Retired". Is any way to set this?. Thanks.

So I have just started using Xplane 11 and I would like to use a wicked tracker for my airline but I don’t which to use if there is any as Xacars is rubbish and you can’t submit your flights. Any ideas.

what will be the php code to hide something if a pilot doesnt have enough hours say you dont want something seen by any member or pilot unless they have a minimum of 30 hours ? I have seen this before somewhere but dont remember

Hi! I don't know if this question has been answered or not, as I could not find a solid answer, but I am running my PHPvms 5.5x on a subdomain, e.g. fly.domain.com, and I want to display a flight map, or just a simple number of pilots, flights, and miles flown, on the non sub-domain (Main Site). Hello friends, how are you? I have a question, again. I am trying to make a system equal to that of vAMSYS, in which you can book a flight in a map. The map is ready, but only one thing is missing that I do not know how to do. Hello guys, Yes, this is another one in the category "no route passed" I've searched this forum extensively and haven't come up with any solution. There's a couple of jscript references on top of my layout.tpl but that's in the right place, and the htmlhead includes on php as well. Seeing that there are so many errors on this I'm coming to think this is just bad coding. I'd fix it myself but can't find where is the class "addbid" that takes care of this stuff. I don't see why this should be some fancy javascript, cause all it does is add the id of the bidding pilot into the record for that schedule? Hello Everyone, I would like to thank you in advance for reading my post. I am trying to figure out how I find out where to look for my PHP version? I have an issue where my VA website works great using ipage as a host but recently went to move it to hostblast and everything worked great except the live flight board, it showed no flights when in fact i was on acars and flying. I feel like my PHP is old and hence not fully up to date with today's coding. All has been working great so I did not want to mess with anything. Hi again I did a flight this afternoon on SmartCARs, and finished, clicked 'File PIREP' and SmartCARS confirmed PIREP filing. I checked on the website. It hadn't. So I attempted to file a Manual PIREP, returning this error: There was an error adding your PIREP : Schedule does not exist. Please update this manually. The entire form was filled out completely correctly, and I have retried multiple times. I found a similar situation somewhere else, and that lead me to discover my local.config.php seems to be truncated. Our VA has just hit the 90 day mark since we started with phpVMS and we primarily use smartCARS. Therefore some of our pilots are starting to get their status changed automatically as we wanted. They receive an email like this -- Hi John Doe, You have been marked as retired because you have been inactive for more than 90 days. To be un-retired, you must file a PIREP. Thanks, VA Management Team. My question is about them being told they have been marked as retired, however, when I look at their status in phpVMS Admin Center they are all showing up as On Leave status. I'm trying to figure out how to change the contact form to when an email is sent and I hit "Reply" in my email client it will automatically populate the field with the senders email address. Right now, when I hit reply the address is my website address that I have setup in PHPVMS. While this isn't that big of a deal if I'm on my laptop to copy and paste the senders address into the "to" area. However, I mostly answer emails from my phone and that is a little more of a pain. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this? Thanks, Keith

Hello, so my va has many pilots who use letters like "č" in there names but it gets saved as "?" so as a random made up example "Grčar" is saved as "Gr?ar" Page encoding in local.config.php is set to: # Page encoding options Config::Set('PAGE_ENCODING', 'utf8mb4'); i have also tried # Page encoding options Config::Set('PAGE_ENCODING', 'UTF-8'); SQL Collation is mix of "latin1_swedish_ci" and some addon tables are "utf8_general_ci"
